ENERGY COMPONENTS · ESS / UPS
Samjin LND makes the structural components that align, insulate, secure, and protect cells within ESS and UPS battery modules.
WHY IT MATTERS
TWO SYSTEMS, TWO ROLES
UPS reduces the risk of power interruptions, while ESS stores electricity for use when needed. Their roles differ, but both support reliable, efficient use of power.
Supports continuous operation of critical loads when the incoming power supply fails or becomes unstable.
Stores electricity for periods of high demand, improving energy use and system flexibility.
THE FUTURE OF POWER
How we generate electricity and where we use it are changing rapidly. Integrating more renewable energy and keeping digital infrastructure running reliably make the storage, flexibility, and power continuity provided by ESS and UPS increasingly important.
Power demand is increasingly concentrated in facilities such as AI data centers. At the same time, more automated operations depend on uninterrupted power, where even a brief outage can cause significant losses.
Storage and grid flexibility are needed to manage fluctuations in solar and wind generation and make power available when it is needed.
Factories, buildings, charging stations, and microgrids are increasingly generating, storing, and using their own power.
SAMJIN LND · OUR CONTRIBUTION
Samjin LND makes cell holders, busbar holder assemblies, cases, covers, and frames used inside battery modules, rather than complete ESS or UPS systems. We injection-mold and automatically assemble these components to align, insulate, secure, and protect cells, then check quality using AI-powered vision inspection.

SYSTEM POSITION
From cell holders to cases, we manufacture the structural components that support and protect cells within battery modules.
SYSTEM CONTEXT
Where electricity typically enters the system.
Maintains power continuity or stores energy for later use.
BATTERY MODULE / PACK AREA
Plastic parts that contact battery cells directly or keep them aligned, insulated, and secure within the module.
Scope: This is a general diagram to explain the system. Samjin LND produces internal and external plastic structural components, including cell holders, busbar holder assemblies, cases, covers, and frames. We do not manufacture battery cells. Actual supply scope and specifications vary by project.
COMPONENT FAMILIES
From components that align and insulate cells to cases and frames that protect modules.
01CELL MODULE
Cell holder
Structural components that align and insulate battery cells while maintaining consistent spacing.
02POWER DISTRIBUTION
Busbar holder assembly
Holds busbars securely in place and provides insulation. Manufactured through automated assembly and AI-powered vision inspection.
03ENCLOSURE & ALIGNMENT
Cases, covers, and structural frames
Cases, covers, and frames that protect battery modules and keep stacked assemblies aligned.
MANUFACTURING DISCIPLINE
We form and assemble the components, then use AI-powered vision inspection to check their appearance and assembly.
