Smart Manufacturing
Robotic assembly and inspection
Take-out Robot · Automated molding · 90° linear movement
After molding, suction cups lift the part onto a conveyor. The 90° linear movement aligns and transfers freshly demolded parts without deformation. The system runs continuously, 24 hours a day.
Insert Assembly Robot · Automated insert placement · Precision press-fitting
The robot picks metal inserts from an automatic feeder and press-fits them into position. Integrated AI-powered vision inspection checks every assembly for correct seating—100% inspection coverage.
Dual-arm + AI Agent · Autonomous assembly · National R&D project
As part of an ongoing national R&D project, a dual-arm robot works with an AI agent to carry out complex assembly tasks autonomously. The future goal is plug-and-play deployment, enabling new sites to start operating immediately.
Intelligence — In-line Inspection
We integrate our in-house vision inspection system into automated production lines. In the ESS Holder Busbar process, up to 240 items are inspected according to product-specific criteria. Vision inspection, resistance testing, and continuity testing are used to assess assembly condition.

Bounding-box measurements identify dimensional changes in real time. The system detects warpage and dimensional defects, then immediately separates defective parts.
Cameras automatically check metal insert seating. The system detects and blocks 100% of missing or incomplete fits and foreign material before parts leave the line. Inspection runs inline with the 6-axis assembly robot.
Every harness and busbar connection is checked for correct seating. The system automatically collects and analyzes data across the assembly process to identify early warning signs of defects.
Estimation Support — T-EST
T-EST automatically calculates material and processing costs from a preliminary 3D mold design to produce an initial mold cost estimate. Design support is limited to the stage needed for estimating.
