The lift tray keeps large print runs neatly stacked. Collate, group, and offset modes make the output easier to sort and handle.

Booklet-making module

Finishing terms explained

Collate, group, and offset: Collate arranges pages into complete sets. Group gathers copies of the same page. Offset staggers the stacks so sets are easy to identify and separate.
Corner and double stapling: Secure documents with one staple at a corner or two staples along an edge.
Saddle stitching: Fold sheets in half and staple along the spine to make booklets such as magazines and brochures.
Half-fold and tri-fold: Fold paper in half, from A4 to A5, or into three panels for a leaflet.
Post-inserter: Insert preprinted covers or separator sheets into the output without sending them through the printing process.
Lift tray: The tray lowers automatically as output accumulates, keeping large stacks stable.
Inline: A direct connection to the printing system that moves output into finishing without manual handling.
